I think change is good – have been using the previous skin for goodness knows how long.
Plus, I really wanted the elmo tattoo but it was gone, hence the sudden elmo skin today.

CVD was, fun in a sense. Though it started out with me losing one of the tickets!!
The candy floss machine was rather cool. Lol. I forgot to take a picture of the machine – it looked so much like the picture me and shikeen found on the web. =))
Boo. I brought my camera and totally forgot about the it until after the whole thing. Ahh.
Many people turned up. Ai-ians came. Seniors came.

Was a failure at making the candy floss. Only made one successful one. The first and last try. After that, I just made a fool out of myself. Boo.

I think quite a number of OG 20-ians will be staying =))

Went for dinner at LJS, even though we were bringing home the nasi briyani. Haha.

Finally, the blocks are over. It was truly a horrible experience. Boo

It didn’t help that we had one day of lessons before the blocks. Not that I’m complaining about the orientation and all the time spent – cause I LOVE every moment; more on that later.
But I just hated the friend when he casually said that we’re just making excuses. Gosh. Could have strangled him with my bare hands at that exact moment! I mean, he wasn’t involved, and thus does not know what exactly is going on. I think, that lately people have been just shooting their mouths off without finding out the truth. Okay, shall stop being so bitter =))

Math was !!!!!! Was seated right at the back and the irritating door kept opening and closing. It didn’t help that someone was playing the piano, which could be heard perfectly loud even behind closed doors. SSSP here I comeee.

Stayed back in school after the paper. Many people kept asking why cause I’ve finished all the papers – except for GP which is on wed. LOL.
Initially planned to start on the pile of homework, but ended up reading GP essays -.-

Ohh. And I went crazy. Started drawing smileys’ on peoples’ hand – namely Marcus, Alvin and Addinu. LOL. Took pictures but the USB connecting my phone to the com seems to be malfunctioning so I cant upload them. Boo

Orientation
Have to admit, it was the best one yet.
Enjoyed every single moment of it. Yupyup
I’m already missing the planning process.
No more staying in council room practicing the dance. Aww
I think, that the orientation process really made the council bonded together

OG20 was great. Started out as strangers.
Felt guilty as I wasn’t always with them in the first two days – choir and council.
Still, I think we’re a great team, when we’re united.
I think we were great. The house carnival. The indoor games. The amazing race.

Actually I already typed out one whole entry summarizing year 2007, which took me forever, yesterday and my com shut down on me.
So with the New Year here, Hello 2008, I’ve decided to post a bit regarding the past year. Judging with school reopening tomorrow and what with the orientation and blocks, im foreseeing that there won’t be much time to blog later on. Though I do hope I’ll be up soon, talking about how fun orientation has been.

Anyways,
2007
A wonderful year actually. Not without its own fair of up and downs. Still, it’s a year to remember, thanks to the events leading up till today, and the people I’ve met and made friends with.

The 1st 3 months in YJ. Actually I had been looking forward to it. Being placed in A5 was one of the best things that happened to me in the early year. Got to know the great people like Madhiah and Nurul. Not to mention the great OGLs, Natalie, Vanessa, Xinyi. And the other A5 peeps.

Being reshuffled into another class, P23, where I got to know Jerene, Minshan, Jieying and the rest. Didn’t last for long in that class, barely even a week then had to change class. Was pretty sad over the whole thing, given that it wasn’t even my fault and I was the one who had to change. Still, I’ll always remember the 1st time the 3 of us sat in the canteen after taking the individual pictures and talked. Still remember the term ‘VCS’ lol. xD

Moved to P20. Was so scared about going to the new class alone that I made madhiah come a little bit earlier than usual so that we could meet up first before going to class. Haha. And the class was fun. Met Syu, my laughing partner.=) Together with nurul and mad, I guess the four of us were always noisy at the back of the class. Then there was Wei Qin whom I always stayed together with, given that our sub combination slightly differed from the rest. I have to say, I really enjoyed time in P20. With the guys constantly finding fascination with random things, Kelvin was obsessed with Chuck Norris, making the other guys having the same fascination. Then it was the captain planet theme song which they sometimes burst out singing. Lit lectures were always weird but fun at times, given only 6 or so people turning up. CVD was fun. With small kids crying and refusing to move another step, making us stop the whole thing. We had to on the lights and someone usher the crying kids out. LOL. There was one kid who looked at me and just told his companion, ‘oh that’s just fake’. With a group of people coming in and becoming rowdy, even poking us with the light sticks, well, me and mad ran out of the haunted mansion. Oh, and I remember dancing to the music, thinking that no one saw, but actually james was there. Ah. I loved CVD

The 2nd intake came in. Being in the exco for the planning, led me to great people, like lynnette, shermaine. Made new friends during the orientation. I remember the outing we had, watching stomp the yard. It also meant a new class. New subj combi, new class, new people to meet. Met shikeen and Cecilia then. Project work was a headache. LOL. But I miss OP now, I still remember my script xD

Invested into council. The investiture was fun, soon leading to other events like the teachers day and now the ‘08 orientation. I enjoy the friendship made with the others.

Choir. Preparing for the Syf was rather hectic, but in the end, knowing that we did our best during SYF, made it all worthwhile. Getting to know people like Wei ee, Jessica, lynnette, marcus, sudi, jing da and the rest made the whole experience a memorable one. With the not-long-ago concert, Simple Gifts, it really wrapped up the year’s choir activities nicely.

The year 2007 has been great. With the new year just beginning, I hope that it’ll be filled with great memories, joy and happiness. With the A’s coming up, I hope all of us will strive hard together and get what we really really want.
